Once you have figured out the channels that your drives are attached to, set the unused ports back to "NONE" to speed up your boot time. It sounds to me like you have the boot order messed up in bios. On repost, enter the BIOS again.
You will also need to do this for your optical drive. During post, press delete to get into your bios and go to the boot tab using the arrow keys and set the boot priority as decsribed above. Note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you do not want to register, fill this field only and the name will be used as user name for your post. Basically meaning, the computer isn't booting into any operating system or anything.

If you have the optical drive in the boot order, you should get a message along the lines g41jt-s2 "Press any Key to boot from CD". So they are referring to your hard drive. I've got Sata 0, Sata 1, Sata 2 and Sata 3. To make it confusing though, the problem in your case is that you can't boot to the CD to install the operating system in the first place.

Alternatively, set the cd as first boot device, then set the hdd where you are going to install windows as the 2nd boot device. Now you can boot and should be able to install Windows fine.
