I decided to backoff to VBox V4. In other words there are No Dell Branded parts in this machine.

I am not an experienced programmer with respect to these platforms and have no control what Virtual Box presents back to the OS. Since then, I have found the commands to change the running machine "VBoxManage debugvm" however the VirtualBox Documentation is weak on descriptions and examples of how to turn on the Verbose logging for Audio issues.
Reboot of machine is not necessary to restore normal playback however I would need to do additional longer testing to see whether Browser Reload of webpage is enough to restore playback speed. PCI Soundcards installed in the system!! Lnux have not gone into intensive study into making updates of any of the downloaded files and what it takes to recreate the final installation package.

If you can compile directly from svn it is already great, otherwise if you want to build the debian package ad19800 can just apt-get source virtualbox, enter the directory and dpkg-buildpackage it to create the binaries.
